Why I Built KopyFeed
I built KopyFeed because I was tired of losing everything I copied.
We all copy hundreds of things every week — links, code snippets, quotes, research excerpts, images, social media posts — and they just vanish. The clipboard holds one thing at a time and then it's gone. I'd copy a great article link, then copy a code snippet, and the link was lost forever.
I wanted a tool that captures everything automatically, understands what it is, and organizes it into something actually useful. Not another clipboard manager with a flat list. A real content feed — like TweetDeck, but for everything you copy.
That's KopyFeed.
Privacy Is Not a Feature — It's the Foundation
Most productivity tools ask you to trust them with your data. KopyFeed is designed so you don't have to.
The entire system is local-first. On the free tier, nothing ever leaves your device — not a single byte. Your clips, feeds, comments, and AI categories all live in your browser's local storage, completely under your control.
Even on paid tiers with cloud features, sensitive content like passwords, API keys, and credit card numbers is automatically detected and never sent to the cloud. Sensitive clips are masked in the UI and auto-expire after 10 minutes.
The extension only captures clipboard events inside your browser. It doesn't monitor your system clipboard, read files on your computer, or track your browsing. No analytics cookies, no advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking.
